The Grooming process takes up to 3-4 hours. We do not force your dog to do anything they don’t want to do and we will go their pace — if your dog needs extra time we will communicate to you throughout the groom. We want to make sure your dog feels safe at our shop.

You will be quoted pricing more accurately at the door; pricing will very according to the breed of your pet, with his/hers weight, what you would like done along with the condition of the fur and temperament of your dog.

matting and temperament does cost extra and that will be determined at check in and during the groom.

If you ask for something different in person than what was said on the phone pricing can also vary.

Because we care more about your dogs well being than anything, they will come first before your request that you have. Severely matted dogs will be shaved done.

There will be a fee for any type of matting that will be assessed at the door

We will try to save the fur as much as possible but we will not guarantee the results you are asking for due to the condition of your dog’s coat.

Accidents happen!! but if it is more than once there will be an accidental fee so please make sure your dog has gone potty before coming in!

After your dog is done you have exactly one hour to pick up your fur baby.

There will be a late fee of 25 dollars for every 30 minutes you do not pick up your dog in time.

There is a grace period of 10 minutes. If you are past that there will be a fee of 35 dollars on top of your groom.

No call/ no shows will not be able to come back unless they pay the 35 dollar fee.

It is not recommend to shave your double coated dogs — Due to the fact that it can make shedding worse or cause alopecia.

If your dog has been shaved more than once we will make an exception.

What is recommended is a silhouette cut that gives you the illusion of a full cut without damaging all the fur — that is 45 dollars on top of the package groom you choose
